A fortnightly Friday night gathering where young people can belong, ask honest questions, open the Bible, eat together, play together, and put the phone away for a couple of hours.
King’s Youth is a joint ministry of several churches on Brisbane’s south side.

King’s Youth runs fortnightly on Fridays during school terms, with occasional special events, camps, and combined nights.
Our approach is deliberately low-fi. Leave your phone at the door (or at home) for a time of connection with God, and with others.

There’s plenty of unstructured fun, and a few games.
When we say “you belong” we mean it.
Come as you are and meet a welcoming community of teenagers from around South Brisbane and leaders from a collective of local churches. There’s no pressure to perform. King’s Youth is built around welcome, conversation, shared meals, and time in God’s word.
We are a collective of churches who believe that God the creator sent Jesus his Son as King; that he lived, died to bring forgiveness for sin and to destroy evil and death, was raised to resurrected life, and invites us to join the kingdom of heaven, discovering the life we were created for as we receive the Holy Spirit.
We believe the whole Bible tells this story, and invites and teaches us to live as part of the Triune God’s family, worshipping him together.

Official King’s Youth shirts, hoodies and caps are available for purchase. Items are printed and posted locally in Brisbane, with postage approx $10 per order. White and black varieties of shirts and hoodies are available.
Every King’s Youth leader completes the relevant PresSafe process before serving. We want every young person who comes to King’s Youth to be safe, welcomed, respected, and cared for.
